WILL YOU INSTALL MY WEBSITE?

It all depends on the size and type of website. Our typical website installation fee, is levied at R325 ex VAT.

WILL YOU BACK-UP MY SITE?

Yes, all our clients’ websites are backed-up every 24 hours.

Our back-ups are kept on the server for a total of 7 days.

AM I LOCKED INTO ANY CONTRACTS?

Nope, you simply need to give us a month’s notice when you want to transfer your domain/web hosting to another provider.

It all depends on your needs. If you are a small business, our Starter web hosting package should be sufficient, together with a .co.za domain.
If your are an established business with 50+ employees, the Advanced hosting package would be the right option…

WILL YOU HELP WITH MIGRATION?

Sure we will. Simply supply us with the contact details of your current hosting provider, together with all possible details you have on record (i.e. login credentials/links, usernames, passwords, etc.).

There might be a cost involved, that will depend on the amount of time required to migrate your web hosting account.

DO YOU SELL DOMAINS?

Of course we do. You can choose any domain, from .co.za to .com, and even one of those funky ones like .joburg or .capetown

Thereafter, add your hosting package to make it an all round success!

CAN YOU HOST MY EMAILS?

Yes, we can. You will notice that our hosting packages includes the amount of email accounts that are included

WILL MY WEBSITE WORK ON MY PHONE?

It all depends on the programming/set-up of your website. If it has been properly optimised for mobile use, then it will.

If your web developer didn’t create a website that is responsive (mobile optimised), then we can even assist you with that! Just supply us with the necessary details, i.e. your domain name, so that we can issue an accurate quotation.
